OVERVIEW Internet has advantages like faster access, inexpensive insurance fee and easy comparison between other insurance companies etc. that customers can immediately catch insurance information and compare. From meeting with insurance planner and register it in offline experience was common before but recently, selling insurance through internet is increasing. Customers have difficult image in existing insurance circumstance. 'OnSure' which is the Hanwha Life's internet insurance brand renewed an online homepage to provide better and preceding service for customers to understand easily and register conveniently by themselves. STRUCTURE Based on the admission data statics, we placed importance on the guarantees and benefits which customers mostly needed and And we also adopted an easy admission process by providing a total streamlined system. CONCEPT The objective of this project was making a website that customers could learn and join easily. So we wanted to design a website that customers could learn and store information about insurance in a very natural and comfortable way. We effectively designed based on design concept keyword ‘SURE’ which means ‘Self-search’, ‘Understandable’, ‘Reliable’ and ‘Escort’.

최근 보험 설계사를 만나 보험을 가입하던 오프라인 경험에서 인터넷이라는 우수한 접근성과 저렴한 보험료, 타사와의 손쉬운 비교 등의 장점으로 고객이 직접 인터넷에서 보험 정보를 습득, 비교하여 보험에 가입하는 인터넷을 통한 보험 판매가 증가하고 있습니다.
 
한화생명의 인터넷 보험 브랜드인 '온슈어'에서는 기존의 보험이 가지고 있는 어려운 이미지를 벗어나 고객들이 쉽게 이해하고, 스스로 편리하게 가입할 수 있게 한 발짝 더 앞선 서비스를 제공하고자 홈페이지를 리뉴얼하게 되었습니다.

온슈어 인터넷 보험 사이트에서 보험에 대한 거부감 없이 스스로 자연스럽게 알아가고, 보다 쉽게 가입할 수 있는 사이트 제작을 목표로 하여 스스로 찾을 수 있고, 이해하기 쉽고, 신뢰할 수 있고, 가입까지 잘 안내해주는 콘셉트로 S.U.R.E라는 키워드를 도출하였습니다.
